The quality of MengHe light wallboard products meet the Chinese construction industry standards. The classification standard of product definition, application scope and performance were discussed. The product performance in a technical index called "anti shock performance".That is, the ability to resist impact of wallboard.Test method: three vertical plates pasted and fixed, placed a rope connected to the 30kg on one side of the vertical wall of sandbags, at location 1/2 in the height of the wallboards. Lift sandbag 500mm and release, sandbags swing free impact wallboard, repeated 5 times.Qualification standard: after 5 impact, the wallboard has no through cracks.
MengHe light wallboard products were tested by the national construction engineering quality inspection center. After 5 impact, there were no through cracks, which met the requirements of the standard.
